Forget Europop, Eurodisco and even Eurovision, it's Eurotease time at Global Soundtracks. Search for 'Eurotease' online and no doubt you will have a marriage proposal or four handed massage offer within minutes. The lack of a musical link is not surprising as we have just made the term up here at GS Heights. It's simply a way to group together our predominantly European audio flirtations this week. Starting off in Paris, the people behind webzine 'Street Tease' tell us about the influence UK clubs have had on their own party promotion, the rise of the underage movement in Paris, and their recent release 'Laptop 2.0' which includes tracks from a pool of djs and artists who perform at Street Tease events. We also spend a little time in Berlin with tracks from Classic Flowers and Antoni Maiovvi before heading off to Barcelona, via Caracas, with a track from Fata who is signed to possibly our favourite label, Hipi Duki. To ensure we keep the map makers busy, there is also a couple of treats from outside the EU. Texan heart breakers Fergus and Geronimo provide us with our favourite b-side of the year so far 'Powerful Lovin', while Tidy Kid from Australia reminds us why we like facial hair with his glitch-twitch oddity 'Reject Fly Bot.'
