The people behind the The School Of Unthink once again present this years Dislocation Festival in Luton. We have a special report that looks at the experimental scene in Luton. Some full on punk experimentation from some Scottish people who must be very angry indeed, Tayside Mental Health, and some sleaze rap from Australia's Ankle Pants.
